Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Erica, the founder of Erica Murphy Coaching & Consulting (EMCC). My first business was my successful private therapy practice, The Way Forward, where I figured out how to make a full-time income from seeing clients I love only 2 days a week. 

Unfortunately, when I looked around, I realized this was far from the norm. Many of my fellow healers were amazing at the client work - yet still struggling to make ends meet despite working long hours and seeing 25-30 clients a week (sometimes more!).

I founded EMCC because I realized that equipping my fellow healers & coaches with the business training they never got in school was the crucial missing piece that would help them get out of the hustle & grind by creating their own successful, values-aligned dream businesses that they’re excited about rather than obligated to.

It’s absolutely possible for us to provide top-notch service to our clients AND build successful and sustainable dream businesses that will support us for years to come - without burning ourselves out to do it!
