Killing the Good Girl

The 4-Week Live Group Immersion for the Woman who’s Ready to Love Being the Villain If It Means Getting What She Wants

You’ve already done the powerful thing, the brave thing, the scary thing more times than you can fucking remember.

Skipped the family gathering because you didn’t fucking want to go—and let them be pissed instead of apologizing.

Turned down the impressive opportunity everyone told you would be “so good for your career”—because you knew you’d fucking hate it.

Posted the opinion you knew would piss people off—and watched the comments section pop off without deleting a single fucking word.

You’re not waiting for permission to become a powerful woman.

You already ARE one.

It’s just your power still often comes with a cost you’d rather not keep having to pay.

Because your Good Girl may not be able to stop you anymore.

But holy fuck, can she still make you pay for disobeying her.

She can’t make you take the post down… but she can have you compulsively check the comments every 10 minutes.

She can’t make you go to the family thing… but she can make their disapproval follow you like a dark cloud for the rest of your day.

Your Good Girl knows she can't prevent you from choosing what you want.

So instead, she takes away your ability to be fully fucking present and enjoy it.

And there’s a force rising inside you that’s no longer willing to accept those terms.

You can feel something deep, dark, and dangerous stirring inside you.

A primal force pacing back and forth, pushing against the bars of its cage, ravenous to break free.

And the craziest part is…you want her to.

Because this isn't some sweeter, shinier, more evolved version of the woman you already are.

It's the woman you learned to put on a fucking leash.

Your Villainess.

The version of you not limited by shame, insecurity, or self-doubt.

The woman inside you with fangs and claws, who pours her devotion into the very things you were taught to keep strictly under control: your desires, your rage, your selfishness, your intensity.

You feel her when someone tells you how lucky you are…and something inside you snarls, You have no fucking clue what I am.

You feel her when you look around at the life you worked so hard to build…and fantasize about burning it down and starting from scratch.

You feel her when another woman takes up more space than you, and what rises isn't judgement—it’s admiration and envy.

Because your Villainess is ruthlessly devoted to herself, delighted by her audacity, and turned the fuck on by her life.

Your Villainess is not who you’ve been made to believe.

She’s not careless. She's just willing to make decisions she knows are right for her even if others don’t understand or approve.

She’s not cruel. She just refuses to keep sacrificing what she wants to protect everyone else's expectations and feelings.

She’s not evil. She’s just stopped confusing being a "good woman" with being a woman who's convenient and easy.

Your Villainess doesn't only utilize her power when it's admired or useful to others.

She knows how to keep going even when it triggers people.

When she gets called selfish, arrogant, greedy, intimidating, or too much.

When they scoff: "Who does she think she is?" she doesn't lie awake with her stomach in knots. She feels proud of herself for not backing down.

And she fucking likes it that way — because damn it feels good when nobody but you gets to decide how far you can go

Your Villainess is who you can feel get so fucking frustrated every time you cap your power.

Because you know how to lead rooms, make hard decisions, say the thing everyone else is thinking, and walk into spaces that would've intimidated the shit out of you five years ago.

But your power is still contextual rather than constant.

You wield your power only to the point that other people are impressed by it—and pull back the moment it starts to feel threatening or intimidating.

It’s why you post the thing you fully believe in and fucking love it—right up until the comments switch from YES, THIS!! to suddenly judging you selfish, ignorant, or problematic.

Why you tell your team “We’re going in a different direction” then someone pushes back—and suddenly you find yourself asking, “What does everyone else think?” as you open your executive decision up for a democratic vote.

Why you tell your partner you want the weekend to yourself, they look disappointed—and now you’re offering to spend Saturday together because you don’t really need the full 2 days.

You've gotten so fucking good at staying within their comfort zone…but you can no longer pretend it doesn’t require you to leave your own desires behind

You can feel it when your subconscious runs that outdated belief that shrinking your power makes you a good woman.

That your power is allowed so long as you remain respected, admired, and desired.

But the instant you become perceived as intimidating, or threatening, or “too much” — your leash gets yanked, and you’re expected to back the fuck down.

And who’s holding the leash?

Your Good Girl.

You thought you’d mostly healed her out of your system, didn’t you?

You've done years of therapy, coaching, and spiritual ceremonies.

You can trace most of your patterns back to the exact fucking moment they were formed.

You could give a PowerPoint presentation on why you are the way you are.

But underneath it all, your Good Girl is still there.

Chasing after the same fucking impossible goal:

become the woman who can wield her full power - AND - not trigger anybody else when she does.

But you can't heal yourself into a version of power that nobody else finds threatening.

And you can't regulate yourself enough to control someone else's experience.

(P.S. that was never supposed to be your job in the first fucking place.)

That’s why more love and light healing, therapy, and nervous system regulation ain’t gonna get you where you’re trying to go.

The woman you’re becoming requires more voltage than your Good Girl can authorize.

And every day you continue letting her remain above your Villainess in your decision-making hierarchy —the more it costs you.

You’re a woman who is meant to be constantly growing, evolving, and expanding. Becoming more powerful, more expressed, more fucking alive each year you’re here.

And you ARE…

Just not at the speed or magnitude you know you're capable of.

You’re a Ferrari being restricted to 40mph backroads and school zones when you were made to head for the highway and fucking floor it.

And the cruel irony is that this chronic restriction, this constant state of holding back your full expression and purpose is not only fucking exhausting…

It also costs you the ability to actually enjoy everything you’ve worked so fucking hard to build.

It’s why you’ll be sitting in the house you worked for, on the holiday you paid for, across from people you love — staring into your coffee and feeling that quiet aching question that never seems to leave:

Is this fucking IT? Will this just be my life forever?

You know what you have to do

It’s time to promote your Villainess

You’ve already been her in those potent moments where you feel most powerful and free.

You've said things that shifted entire rooms. Taken risks others would be scared shitless of. Held your boundary even when people were angry or disappointed.

You've made the decisions nobody could understand because you just knew in your bones it was the right call.

You’ve proven you can choose yourself even when it costs you social approval.

What you haven't done yet…is let yourself fully enjoy it.

You haven't experienced what happens when being fully yourself stops feeling like something you have to brace for and recover from—

and starts feeling fucking amazing instead.

To get you there, we have to update the rules inside your subconscious that determine who gets the final fucking say in your world.

Because right now, it’s still your Good Girl.

And your psyche, nervous system, and identity architecture needs more than just self-awareness and an awareness that your Villainess exists.

They need you to actively remove the Good Girl as the reigning authority of your inner realm—and elevate your Villainess into decision-making authority.

Which is exactly what we're doing in Killing the Good Girl this October 2026

Killing the Good Girl (KTGG) is the 4-Week Live Group Immersion that disrupts the subconscious hierarchy keeping your Good Girl in power and elevates your Villainess into decision-making authority.

We combine a potent blend of Parts Work, Shadow Integration, Somatic Embodiment & Dark Feminine Energetics, and Experiential Practice throughout this experience.

KTGG was deliberately designed as a 4-week live group experience to provide what years of therapy, journaling, and independent inner work cannot.

Those things taught you how to keep being yourself despite other people’s reactions.

But they didn’t change who you’re expressing yourself around most often: the people who tolerate, resist, or try to contain your fullest self-expression.

And when tolerance is the best response you can hope to receive, your power becomes something you have to brace for instead of something delicious you get to wield.

What you’re missing are experiences where the parts of you that usually make people uncomfortable become the exact same ones that make the right people fucking ADORE you.

You don’t need more practice holding your boundaries and surviving pushback.

You need experiences of your power producing social REWARD—not just tolerance or punishment.

KTGG creates that exact space for you. A sisterhood of powerful & intuitive women who praise the exact things you’re used to being shunned for.

Where you get to share the petty thought you’d usually clean up before saying out loud—and we fucking CACKLE with you rather than convincing you to “be the bigger person.”

You get to change your mind because you just don’t fucking want to anymore—and we celebrate you instead of wondering if maybe you’re self-sabotaging.

You get to brag about how amazing you are—and we’re not insecure or intimidated, we’re turned the fuck on and inspired by you. We want MORE!

And after four weeks of being met like THIS…

You stop taking the deep breath before admitting the selfish desire.

You stop editing your brag before you say it out loud.

You stop preparing to be disliked every time you choose MORE.

Because now you have weeks of evidence stacked in your favor that your power doesn’t only COST you belonging.

With the right people, it creates MORE of it.

How KTGG is Delivered

Private Telegram Community for real-time practicing, processing, and feeling what it's like to have your Villainess celebrated by other powerful women. Bring us the unreasonable decision you just made, the brag you’d normally downplay, the selfish thing you want, or the moment you got exactly what you wanted and somebody got pissed about it. Instead of helping you soften it, justify it, or make it more palatable— we fucking celebrate you for going there.

The question was never whether you're powerful enough to go all the fucking way. You know you are.

And now you’re ready to find out what happens when you stop slowing down to recover from wielding your power.

And let yourself relish being the woman who:

Looks him in the eye and says, "I don't find that funny" — then savors the awkward silence that descends because for once everyone is forced to acknowledge his shitty behavior instead of just brushing it off.

Realizes the woman who used to be your mentor is now looking to YOU for what to do next — and you feel the delicious arrogance of knowing you really are that fucking good.

Tells your partner exactly what you want in bed, watch the surprise flash across their face — and instead of feeling insecure you feel a wicked thrill from being the one who leaves them speechless.

Watch strangers argue back at your viral posts while you leisurely sip your coffee and smirk to yourself — feeling like a dragon lounging on top of a fire they continue feeding with their energy and attention.

So come be petty. Greedy. Demanding. Powerful. Fucking delighted with yourself.

Let yourself just how much you fucking want the obscene amounts of money, attention, influence, pleasure, and first-class everything.

Nobody here is going to tell you to tone it down.

We’re going to cheer you on and ask: “What ELSE do you fucking want??

Meet your Shadow Work Guide

I’m Erica Murphy. And I’m not teaching you shadow work because I read some Eckhart Tolle books, copied a few courses, and decided “dark feminine” would look hot for social content.

I’ve spent a decade as a psychotherapist, thousands of hours in the field of psychology and counseling, and personally lived through every fucking layer of the work I now guide my clients through.

I became increasingly disillusioned with the gatekeeping, oppression, and colonization baked into the therapy field—and deeply frustrated with “love & light” healing paradigms that taught women how to understand and regulate themselves only to become more well-adjusted to their own repression.

I wanted to know what existed beyond helping women become “better” versions of conditioning that made them more convenient for others instead of more free for themselves. So I went into the shadow. I entered the underworld and went straight into my own darkness. Into everything I’d been taught to believe made me selfish, dangerous, excessive, or bad. My intensity. My desires. My rage. My selfishness.

I discovered that buried inside everything I’d been taught to regulate, heal, integrate, or make more palatable - were fucking enormous amounts of my own untapped power.

This is why I created Killing the Good Girl. I understand the Good Girl so intimately because I spent the first 30 years of my life mastering the exact identity I now help women dismantle. After spending hundreds of hours with my own shadow and guiding other women through working with theirs, I realized that many of the qualities conventional healing modalities teach us to regulate and contain weren’t pathologies standing between us and our power. They WERE our fucking power sources.

Women didn’t need to become better at controlling these parts of ourselves. We needed to stop being afraid of wielding them to their fullest extent.

Killing the Good Girl’s purpose is not to make you better at understanding, regulating, or negotiating with the parts of yourself your Good Girl decided were too dangerous to wield. It’s to deliberately fucking unleash them as you’re guided through a clean, ritualistic kill of the compliance and approval patterns that have kept your power leashed your entire life.

A place to stop hiding your selfishness, hunger, intensity, desire, and audacity and learn how to savor them instead. To see what happens when these parts of you are no longer something you have to manage--but powers you consciously choose to wield with confidence and precision.

We’re not here to make you a better Good Girl.

We’re here to see what becomes possible when the Good Girl gets out of your way -

and you finally find out just how far you can fucking go
